[SuperFileCheck] Stronger verification for directives #82139

Description

@TIHan

We should consider adding stronger checks to what is a valid directive when using SuperFileCheck/FileCheck.

Example of a Valid directive:

// X64-NEXT: ...

Example of an Invalid directive:

// X64-NEXT-DOOT: ...

At the moment, the invalid directive will not receive an error in SuperFileCheck, so we could add stronger verification around this.
