    This may be due to an issue with the runtime SSL layer.

    I believe I'm hitting this, or at least something that presents as this;
    I'm behind a corporate MitM proxy, and have successfully installed the root certificates on my machine/in my devcontainer. I can pull packages during restore (eg, dotnet restore works fine), but cannot run search.

    This (or something like it) is still affecting me; if I run dotnet new search it fails:

    $ dotnet new search web
    Searching for the templates...
    Matches from template source: NuGet.org
    Search failed: Failed to update search cache. (The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.) (The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.)
