indentation from the original source code is not stripped from the code show in the browser  #50

Describe the bug

When using the try-sample from here https://github.com/dotnet/try-samples/tree/master/csharp8 and reading about using declerations then the page rendered by https://localhost:/using-declarations-ref-structs.md contains tabs in the example code that I did not expect (See screenshot). It seems like the second using is confusing the formatter.
