* Added gaps functionality + pseudo tiling which respects gaps

  - Maximize option for making windows full screen with gaps.
  - Split window respects gaps.
  - Split follows a splitting ratio which is 0.55 by default. 
  - Split ratio can be adjusted with keybinds.
