- score/os: rebase on main after #535 retired cpuid, make_dev and file_stream (dropped from the scope) and made netdb public - no visibility grants needed in score/os/BUILD anymore. - Drop the deprecated shims score/memory:string_literal and score/memory/shared:atomic_interface from the scope; their replacements (string_manipulation, concurrency) are already covered. Revert the memory/shared visibility grant. - score/memory: revert the package-default visibility change; grant only the endianness target (the sole dependency-forest root in the package that relied on the package default).
