coverage(qnx): build the baseline notes of untested files unoptimised - #704

The scope's .gcno notes of untested files are built in the exec configuration, which takes the host options and defaults to opt, so GCC folded lines that the -O0 test builds have (score_coverage 0.4.2). Signed-off-by: Dan Calavrezo <195309321+dcalavrezo-qorix@users.noreply.github.com>

GCC then optimises those translation units and their line tables differ from the test builds; a foldedreturn 0loses its line, so the 0 % entries of untested files have fewer lines than they should. Found while fixing eclipse-score/coverage_tool#40 and documented in the 0.4.2 release notes and user manual step 4b. The LLVM backend is unaffected (front-end mapping).Independent of the score_coverage version; Renovate's bump to 0.4.2 comes separately.
