- Fix CI exclusion bazel query (backslash-continuation in single quotes was broken, and remove now-passing services/mw_com target). - Drop config_daemon_app_unit from dependability config_daemon_component; it transitively depends on config_daemon_impl.cpp, which does not compile against the current mw::com stack (same known gap as config_provider_component). - Format fix via buildifier.
