Gtest adds extra properties to xml. Sometimes not all properties are filled. Ignore a need when not all needed propertties are filled and ignore extra properties that we don't use in codelinker. Dont raise errors in that case

    Additional requirement.

    Testlinker should allow for properties to not all be present and just skip the test instead of it erroring.
