add versioning when linking source code / tests to requirements

Should the linked requirements also be versioned? E.G: fully_verifies=["tool_req_example[version==1]]" or something like this?

Or is this only for the outgoing links in code & tests?

How would we do this for codelinks?

So the first [1] is the version of the codelink and the 2nd is normal reuqirement version link?
