Resolve score_logging compile crashes upstream and remove local temporary patch #185

Objectives:

1. Fix Upstream Repository: Submit S-CORE's PR in the central score_logging repository to replace S-CORE's deprecated array size
   wildcards [0; _] with fixed sizes [0; 4] and [0; 24], and merge S-CORE.
2. Clean Locally : Once merged, delete S-CORE's local score_logging_feature.patch file and point S-CORE's local
   MODULE.bazel directly to S-CORE's merged fixed commit on GitHub using a git_override (or bump S-CORE's released version tag to a
   newer version if available).

Acceptance Criteria (DoD)

• score_logging_feature.patch and S-CORE's matching archive_override are completely deleted from our filesystem and build files.
• @score_logging compiles successfully out-of-the-box using the central, un-patched corporate code with 100% green builds.
