Certificate Management extended feature

Deletion of a certificate from certificate storage using either its Distinguished Name (DN) or Common Name (CN)
- This may pose a risk that a user is given a broader rights to modify the cert store. So various options needs to be explored to do this securely
Missing the individual subject fields (e.g., CN, O, OU, C, L, ST, E) parsing from certs and this is needed.
