	*Hint: this table is empty by definition, as PRs with failing tests are not allowed to be merged in persistency repo.*
	*Hint: Before a PR can be merged all tests have to be successful.*

Hmm - we can have xfail for discovered bugs before they are fixed. Im not sure if that is a "successful" test.

I just want to avoid that somebody is thinking that you define the table as always empty. Because you wrote that "this table is empty by definition".
