Support directories being passed into ext4() - #29

A label like `@vsomeip` consists of directories like `include/`. With `-r` directories are now correctly included in the ext4 image.

This allows us to remove the workaround where we have to repeatedly list the vsomeip libraries. Depends on eclipse-score/rules_imagefs#29
