python: provide debugger #445
Description
For developing python in a bazel environment a solution for debugging needs to be established:
Therefore a remote debugger needs to be setup
Outlook:
- Provide possibility to only use a flag in the command line and all remaining config will be set up
- Provide (maybe aspect) a Message which states in bazel that the remote debugger can be connected

So if I understand correctly, you would like a way to be able to debug python code inside the whole bazel ecosystem. For example a sphinx-extension or so, that runs when you build the documentation?
