docs: Setup demo repository which can link feature-requirements #522
Description
Create a demo (e.g. in examples repo), for a multi repo docs setup.
Create a requirement which "imeplements" a feature-requirement from score repository.
Scope:
- Tooling necessary for docs:docs, docs:incremental from
score - linting via esbonio (venv)
- docs workflows for github actions => rendered site on github pages
- reminder:
- fetch score tools & docs via bazel (support by @nradakovic 😄)
- build score docs:docs, extract needs.json
- add needs.json as needs-external-needs to conf.py
Out of Scope (since it's already too large):
- Any versioning support
- Reusability (just copy paste from score in scope of this story):
- workflow
- bazel code (docs/BUILD)
