Piloting: All processes #541

Closed
Closed

Description

@aschemmel-tech

Acceptance Criteria:

All processes available in docs/process/process_areas are "piloted":

  • At least one cross functional team or community created all workproducts for one of the processes
  • Maybe the workproducs are already there - then check if process is followed and adjust (either process or doing)
  • If not, guide implementation of work products
  • Refine process based on feedback

Prerequisites:

Process definition "First Iteration" done (defined, reviewed, audited)

    @aschemmel-tech , there is now a EPIC available for that, #760, at least for own development for C++ and RUST.
    But pilot for existing OSS components missing, so this ticket stays open for that?

    Can be closed, as all available processes are "somehow" piloted. The missing one are meanwhile tracked in Task Forces
