Problems in S-CORE shall use Problem Resolution Process, which starts with creating an issue from type BUG.
#755

This issue type shall be based on a Problem Template, as proposed here
#846

    Need to have an alignment about the contents of the template.
    Seems to not take into account the 'creator' of the ticket.
