Add an explicit
permissionsblock to thelint-commitsjob in.github/workflows/on-pr.yml, using least privilege.The best minimal fix (without changing behavior) is to set:
contents: readPlace it under the job definition (same level as
runs-onandif), beforesteps, matching the style already used byfep-fcp-tests.This documents token requirements and prevents accidental privilege expansion if repo/org defaults change later.
