Make syntax highlighting configurable

We use IO.ANSI.* for syntax highlighting, we should allow users to configure the colors being used, they are currently hardcoded in https://github.com/elixir-dbvisor/sql/blob/main/lib/sql.ex#L222-L223 and https://github.com/elixir-dbvisor/sql/blob/main/lib/format.ex#L8-L12
