Fixes #356.
Adds
FailsafeExecutionExceptionextendingFailsafeExceptionand uses it at both checked-exception wrapping sites. This lets callers distinguish wrapped execution failures from policy exceptions while preserving existingcatch (FailsafeException)handling.Updates API documentation and tests covering cause preservation, direct propagation of runtime exceptions and errors, and unchanged asynchronous exception behavior.
Validation: all 310 core tests pass using
mvn -pl core test -Djacoco.skip=true. JaCoCo was disabled for Java 25 compatibility.
