Is your project planning to adapt the rendering backend to gsplat, or is it technically feasible to integrate a gsplat-based renderer?

Hi! Thank you for your recognition of our work! I’m currently looking into gsplat, and if it does not conflict with our algorithm, I will consider adapting the rendering backend to gsplat.

My understanding is that we can compute accum_metric_counts by using rasterize_to_indices_in_range in gsplat.
If this adaptation works, could you let me know the method or the steps you used? I’d really like to learn how you make the integration work.

I've adapted 3 methods to support gsplat so I can definetly assist if needed.

what would it take to do it? Would be happy to help with the integration with gsplat but not sure how to go about the mult-based tile culling, per-Gaussian metric tracking, and the bucket-based warp-level backward pass...
