feat: email check frontend (spec 03) - #30

Step 1 of email-check-frontend: any authenticated user needs to
read the inbox addressDomain so the per-check email address can
be rendered. The full email_inbox parameter stays super-admin-
only because it carries credentials.
Returns {addressDomain: ""} when the inbox isn't configured —
the UI uses that as the "configure first" placeholder signal.
Step 2 of email-check-frontend: typed React Query hooks for the email_inbox endpoints — public addressDomain projection, live status (5s poll), test connection, sync now, save config. Plus the emailCheckAddress() helper that builds <token>[+status]@<domain> for the per-check address. Adds "email" to the Check.type union so the rest of the form / list / detail code can switch on it.
Step 3 of email-check-frontend: extend check-form with an "email" entry that mirrors heartbeat's UX (Expected Interval, no config fields). When the email inbox isn't configured, show an admin-pointer alert; otherwise show an explainer about plus- addressing and the [STATUS] subject tag. Refactored the inline `type === "heartbeat"` checks into an isPassiveType() helper since heartbeat and email share the same period semantics.
Step 4 of email-check-frontend: when a check has type "email", the configuration card now renders the per-check address with a copy-to-clipboard button, a mailto: test link, and a collapsible help panel listing the three failure-reporting options (plus-address, header, subject prefix). When the inbox isn't configured the component degrades to a "contact your administrator" placeholder — the check itself still exists, it just can't receive pings yet.
Step 5 of email-check-frontend: for email-type checks, the Target column now shows <token-prefix>…@<domain> in monospace with the full address as a hover tooltip. Falls back to the slug when domain or token is missing.
Step 6 of email-check-frontend: new super-admin route at /orgs/$org/server/email-inbox with three sections: - Configuration: form bound to the email_inbox system parameter (enable, JMAP session URL, credentials, address domain, mailbox names, retention windows, optional rewriteBaseUrl). Empty password field keeps the existing password. - Status: live JMAP supervisor state polled every 5s — connected pill, last sync relative time, last error. - Actions: Test Connection / Sync Now buttons with toast-style feedback. Wired into the Server tab nav, so super-admins can reach it from the same nav as Mail / Auth / Performance.

The new Email Inbox tab makes name: "Mail" match both links by substring. Switch the existing Mail-tab tests to exact: true so they don't pick up the new tab.
