Release v0.20.0

Onboarding is the theme. A new org now arrives at something that works rather than something silent:

• A getting-started checklist on the dashboard, derived entirely from real resources (no stored per-step flags, so it cannot drift), dismissed server-side per user per org rather than in localStorage.
• Default alerting — a new org is seeded with an email integration addressed to its owner and a weekly uptime report. Best-effort, never fails signup; existing orgs untouched.
• One-step status pages — "Publish on a status page" from a check, a prefilled create form, and a default section so a new page is never born empty.

Two silent-data-loss bugs worth calling out, both of which destroyed user input without any error:

• Saving an HTTP check from the form deleted its JSONPath assertions; the editor had been built but never wired in.
• The maintenance-window edit form could mount before its check associations loaded and drop them on save.

And a 500 that was really a typo — registering with a short password answered INTERNAL_ERROR and paged Sentry. A sweep found three more unmapped sentinels doing the same.

Also: /checks/validate now agrees with POST /checks by construction instead of by two hand-maintained lists; the org logo upload no longer blocks the entire settings form; responsive tables across checks, incidents, members, SLOs and integrations.

The CHANGELOG.md section on this PR has been expanded from the single generated line into per-topic entries — 17 specs squash-merged as one commit, so the mechanical changelog could not see them individually.
