Test init framework registry documentation drift

@fedify/init has a framework registry and README text that both list supported frameworks. A small test would prevent the README from drifting away from the actual fedify init choices.

Add a test that compares the supported framework names in packages/init/src/webframeworks/mod.ts with the framework list in packages/init/README.md, or otherwise guards the same drift.

Suggested check: mise run check-each init.
