[BHP1-1651] Make Prompt Translations Consistent for Multi Select Input Component

Purpose

Standard and Guided workflows now use the same multi select component, labels should be consistent for both workflows. This PR removes workflow gated logic and use one set of prompt translations.

1. Open local app and create a surface worksheet in guided
2. Navigate to Inputs and ensure the text prompts,descriptions, button labels.. etc, in the Fuel Model multi select component is the same as standard workflow.
