Somehow, when paket restore fails during msbuild call, the error message is not showing paket error message, only the invokation and exit code.
Paket.Restore.targets(254,3): Error MSB3073 : The command "dotnet paket restore --project "my.fsproj" --output-path "obj" --target-framework "net11.0"" exited with code 1.

this makes it tedious to troubleshoot, while displaying paket error message would make it easy.
