Test PR (do not merge). Exercises the toolset-validation failure path.
This bumps toolbox to 1.5.0 (so the workflow triggers) and removes
vectorassistfrom the SKILLS array in the generator script. Upstream v1.5.0 still defines avectorassisttoolset, so the validation step should detect an unsupported toolset and fail the job before generating any skills.Expected:
Generate Skillsjob fails with "Upstream configuration contains a new toolset: 'vectorassist'".
