Adds OpenCode Go Usage (`opencode-go-usage`).
Shows OpenCode Go plan limits — the rolling, weekly, and monthly windows OpenCode reports — in BB's sidebar usage card and Settings → Provider usage.
The provider is maintenance-only: it registers `opencode-go` with `experimental_visibility: "installed"` and reports usage and health without running threads, so it adds no models to the composer. It reuses the API key OpenCode already stores for its own `opencode-go` credential — no new credential is created and there are no settings.
