iOS App Crashes on iPad w/ XCode 16.3/16.4RC and Sentry Maui SDK 5.7.0 #4207

@empdk I think this is related to broken bindings in 5.6.0.
You could try downgrading the version 5.5.1. If that resolves the issue, a fix should be included in version 5.8.0 when this is available (should hopefully be within a day).

@jamescrosswell Thanks for the quick reply. Downgrading to version 5.5.1 did not resolve the issue. I am now getting compiler errors. The compile output did show that it failed to download the Sentry Cocoa 5.5.1 dependency. I manually installed that dependency but the main compiler error that symbols are missing for arm64 architecture is persisting.
clang++ exited with code 1:
Undefined symbols for architecture arm64:
"OBJC_CLASS$_SentryCrashExceptionApplication", referenced from:
in registrar.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture arm64
clang++: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
Hi @empdk, we should now have a fix (#4411) for the symbol mismatch problem. Could you, by any chance, help us verify the fix and try upgrading to the 5.14.0-alpha.1 pre-release to see if the application runs ok?

We just shipped a version that rollback the broken iOS SDK:

Thanks. I was able to successfully get the application running w/ 5.8.0 on iOS 18.4 and XCode 16.3.
