Problem Statement

Currently it's hard to tell what exception was reported via Throwable.getSuppressed vs. it simply being in the chain of exception causes.

    Instead of having mechanism: chained in the UI we could simply replace it with mechanism: suppressed for suppressed exceptions.

    We also have #4090 for improving usability of the UI in addition to marking the suppressed exceptions as described here.
