Overview
As discussed in #24550 (comment)
One side effect is that users who are running on an older version of the code but pulls the
lateston bucket will no longer have thebundle.js|css. But I think this is quite expected, asindex.htmlno longer search for these, it requires the_app/**/*versionRequirements
