As discussed in #331 we should depend on the already existing GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS and GCLOUD_PROJECT environment variables instead of the RemoteGcsHelper specific GCLOUD_TESTS_KEY andGCLOUD_TESTS_PROJECT_ID environment variables.
