The merged PR created by the linked-versions plugin fails with "Bad pull request title: 'chore(main): release argle libraries'", unless a matching "group-pull-request-title-pattern" is set in release-please-config.json.

This means it is not possible to release more than one group of linked components.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fork https://github.com/runenielsen/release-please-test
2. Make a change in rune-service and see the release PR get created.
3. Merge the release PR and see that releases are created.
4. Remove the line "group-pull-request-title-pattern": "chore${scope}: release argle libraries", from release-please-config.json.
5. Do step 2 and 3 again and see that Release Please fails.
