Width revisions to opsz8 wdth151 100/400/1000

revisions have been made to the Latin and and glyphs used directly by Cyrillic and Greek.

Latin changes are

1. added to spacing
2. changed angles and body widths to keep:
   a. wght100 angles same as wght400, and wght100 bodies narrower than wght400.
   b. wght1000 angles same as possible as wght400, and wght 1000 bodies wider than wght400
3. checked and edited all glyphs related altered source glyphs.
