What about just calling the folder tasks?

Do you mean demonstrating calling something like gulp test?

@et No I mean instead of the folder structure being project/gulp/tasks/taskFile.js why not have it just be project/build/taskFile.js or something

It's merely preference and there's no convention on how to structure your app.

@et To cut things short: I won't merge it in as-is. Change the path to be simpler please. People will copy and paste this structure to their project if it is in the documentation.

I don't see a problem with that. It still works. As I said, there's no convention for how to structure your app and you're implying that there is one.
Anyways, I guess apples and oranges. Thanks for the help.

So instead of changing one line of text (gulp/tasks to tasks) you instead would rather close the PR? What? I don't think it's too ridiculous of a request to ask you to change one minor detail.
