What to build

Rehearse the full demo on a fresh machine; time the runbook; pre-bake a known-good run-dir the inspector can replay if the live solve or LLM creds fail on-site (Q129/Q130 mitigation).

Acceptance criteria

• Full path (chat prompt → LLM authors script → amico-run → live inspector → fidelity shown) runs end-to-end on a clean machine. (S1, S4, S5)
• A pre-baked run-dir replays in the inspector via a documented fallback command.
• Phase β DoD (wk-3 freeze): run-dir contract + the schemas β depends on are frozen + documented; demo acceptance checklist signed off.

β.6 implemented in #11 (stacked on #10, base rchari/beta4-provisioning). Detached solve (portable nohup subshell, no setsid) + guard test; bundled demo/run/ + amicode.replayDemo fallback (pure stageDemoRun); CONTRACT.md freeze + DEMO_CHECKLIST.md (Phase-β DoD). Verified: clean-room build/typecheck/test green, VSIX ships demo/run/, and a real detached amico-run reached FINISHED{completed} F=0.9998 after its launcher exited. Live rehearsal is the human-run split per spec §1. Completes the β phase.
