Incompatbility with other plugin

I'm the DoxyDoxygen maintener and an user report me in incompatibilty with your plugin (see
20Tauri/DoxyDoxygen#57).

I will solve it on me side but to prevent this kind of problem it's may be a good option to force sublime text rulers to [80] if empty. This will also remove the special case on the wrap command.
