Hi,
code looks very interesting... but what do the different packages mean? Also it doesn't compile as is (package name com.rf.real.categ not matching directory name)...
Hmm, sadly your code might not be usable after all - you have static variables like this:
/** the number of categorical responses of the data (the classes, the "Y" values) - set this before beginning the forest creation */
public static int C;
/** the number of attributes in the data - set this before beginning the forest creation */
public static int M;
