Implements the log-redaction half of the [Pii] contract that PiiAttribute documented but never shipped, completing the #30 privacy story. - PiiRedactor (Domain/Privacy): shallow, value-erasing masking of [Pii] properties for safe structured-log/telemetry rendering; reflection-cached per type. Redact / RedactToString / HasPii. - 7 PiiRedactorTests; PiiAttribute doc corrected to reference the helper instead of an unimplemented "destructuring policy". - RemediationBacklog: reconcile #28 (bUnit + axe + ui-e2e already shipped) and #30 to resolved.
