…ronment values; make deploy-vars The project's variables are managed, so make railway-apply deleted any variable IaC neither set nor ignored: a hand-set TRUSTED_ORIGINS, APP_NAME or SECRETS_REFRESH_INTERVAL, and it reset a custom PUBLIC_URL. - platform.yaml per_environment.<env>: public_url / admin_public_url (railway, an https origin, or manual) and from_email (an address or manual). manual leaves the variable out of the graph and in variables.ignore; plan and apply print it. - unmanaged_variables lists the optional settings the apps read; ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_EMAIL is ignored while admin_bootstrap_email is unset. - Build drops unmanaged patterns scoped to a service the environment does not have: Railway fails the plan on them (iac issues #18). - deploy/cmd/check-vars (make deploy-vars, run by deploy-check): builds every environment's graph and fails when a .env.example name would be deleted, a name is set and ignored, or a DEPLOY_KEEP name is set by IaC.
