Add a settings menu that can handle multiple themes

I like to swap my themes fairly often and its inconvenient to modify the config file each time. I think a settings menu that could let you cycle through your themes would be a simple way to make changing your theme super easy.

I think that if there was support for a themes folder within the config folder then the config would just need a option for the theme name. This would allow you have multiple themes stored in one place and change then on the fly.

If there was a new shortcut added to launch the settings menu to select the theme then the settings menu could be expanded in the future for more customization/options

Dalton Dark — a colorblind-friendly lazygit theme

As someone with deuteranopia, I'd love to see better theme support in lazygit. I built Dalton Dark specifically because none of the existing terminal themes account for red-green color blindness (~8% of men).

The theme is available as a mergable config:

A built-in theme directory would make this much more discoverable for users who need accessible color schemes but don't know they exist.

I’ve opened a draft implementation for this in #6083 .

It adds a theme picker (#) backed by YAML theme files in the LazyGit config directory, applies the selected theme immediately, and remembers the selection across restarts.

The PR is a working prototype and includes tests, documentation, validation for invalid theme files, and handling for reloads and per-repository color overrides.
