Sync the existing Vite-derived code with the Vite 8.3.1 fixes that affect the preview Worker runtime (refers/vite 42a4ea7 → cf5c028):

• fix: only treat whole node_modules path segments as dependencies (fix #17467) vitejs/vite#23437: only treat whole node_modules path segments as dependencies

• fix: limit size of object and array printing via forwardConsole vitejs/vite#23565: limit object and array printing via forwardConsole, adding shared/pretty-format.ts (about +2.1 kB to dist/client/client.mjs)

Each upstream change is a separate commit, with its tests ported to the adjacent *.test.ts files and upstream snapshot expectations written inline.

Parity-only updates to the disabled optimizer and build-time asset URL paths (#23489, #23540, #23566, #23567, #23586, #23590, #23600) are left for a separate change. Changes to code that is not ported (bundled dev, buildHtmlPlugin, resolveRolldownOptions, proxy, SSR) and dependency upgrades are not included.

Validated with typecheck, lint and vp run test:unit:vite:node (629 → 642 tests). Integration and E2E tests were not run locally.
