"Executable has been renamed" check is case-sensitive

Self-explanatory. rigelengine -d will trigger the command line argument removal, while RigelEngine -d will load in debug mode as desired.

Thanks for the report. Should be easy enough to change. Maybe you already know but you can also just type Ri and then press TAB to have it autocomplete the full name.
