add confirmation/warning when running meta:host as it changes the daemon's/caddy's url/certificate (and can lead to a non-reachable machine)

and/or check if the domain name matches the old IP (of the meta:host being replaced) or not - as an additional check of "you seem to be changing the machine of this meta:host... are you sure sure"
