Full TIFF multiple pages support, read and write.
All bps supported but CMYK (no ICC support in gd)
premultiplied alpha export not supported. APIs is future compatible when we add it.
planar config not supported (can't see anyone using this)
tiling not yet supported
compression predictor PREDICTOR_HORIZONTAL hard coded. no option yet.
