fix(cursor): route flat effort wire ids for opus 5.5 - #5723
Conversation
Cursor Connect rejects claude-opus-5-5-thinking-* with not_found
because the live GetUsableModels roster exposes flat effort-suffixed
ids (claude-opus-5-5-{low..max} and -fast) without a thinking infix.
Set defaultVariant to regular and update effort mapping to match the
live Cursor wire specification. Fixes lidge-jun#5722.

Preserve legacy Opus 5.5 thinking aliases during composition.
A saved claude-opus-5-5-thinking-medium selection can reach resolveCursorSelection. The resolver computes the medium effort from the regular spec but passes thinking to composeWireId. Opus 5.5 has no thinking variant, so composition returns the bare claude-opus-5-5 ID and drops the saved effort. The thinkingFast alias has the same issue.
Scope this mapping to Opus 5.5. Do not normalize every unavailable thinking kind. For example, the existing Grok fallback intentionally preserves grok-4.6-thinking-fast as a bare base because Grok Fast uses a separate parameterized request path.

Add xhigh and max assertions for claude-opus-5-5-fast.
The test checks only medium-fast. If the fast ladder regresses to low/medium/high, xhigh and max requests clamp to high-fast and the test still passes.
