test(google): guard Argon thought separation across client protocols

Summary

• Add 75 synthetic Gemini 4 Argon integration cases through the real Responses, Chat Completions and Messages handlers. Marked thought text must stay out of ordinary answer fields across buffered/streaming clients, split/coalesced frames, direct/bridge lanes, display opt-outs and tool calls. Unmarked signed text remains visible; call-bound signatures survive on Responses.
• Clarify the existing Google output contract and client display behavior. The reported live symptom was not reproduced and no runtime fix is claimed. Runtime code is unchanged; this PR adds regression protection and records the investigation's limits.
• Public comparison: CLIProxyAPI uses the thought flag for reasoning fields; cc-switch excludes marked thoughts from visible text. Neither comparison proves the cause of a particular harness's rendered output.

• Hosted feedback addressed: fixture cleanup runs in finally, and provider opt-in stays true for independent client display opt-out cases in all three protocols. Ignoring Chat opt-outs fails 18 cases; ignoring Messages display omission fails 6.
• Mutation check: temporarily classifying marked thoughts as answer text failed all 75 cases; restoring the classifier byte-for-byte passed all 75. The mutation is not committed.
• bun run typecheck, bun run structure:check, bun run privacy:scan: passed. cd docs-site && bun run build: passed, 577 pages / 81,202 internal links.
• Fresh independent read-only review: PASS with no findings. It reviewed the patch and claims; tests were run by the coordinator.
• Full local suite NOT RUN: this tests/docs-only patch shares a host with concurrent coding workloads; the focused handler/adapter matrix covers the affected contract. Broader and platform coverage remains with applicable required CI. No live upstream or external harness UI verification is claimed.
• Maintainer integration into dev is authorized under MAINTAINERS.md; exact-head CI evidence will be recorded before merging. No release or deployment is included.
