  • 040 — the 09-30 → 10-01 pre-pin wave (20 PRs) that shipped inside 2.75.0.
  • 050 — the 10-01 post-release wave (32 PRs): provider/adapter lanes plus the carry/hardening queue.
  • 060 — the Windows service/update wave (7 PRs, mostly devin-bot heads under enforce-target red).
  • 070 — the 10-02 Claude page/pool + CLI wave (8 PRs).
  • 080 — the 10-02 tail (2 PRs: feat(providers): add OpenGateway (Sionic AI) preset with live discovery and Sionic-first ordering lidge-jun/opencodex#6448 OpenGateway preset, chore(release): open dev at 2.77.0 before releasing 2.76.0 lidge-jun/opencodex#6462 dev-open at 2.77.0).
  • 090 — totals, CI outcomes on merged heads, and boundaries.
• 11 merges already tracked by their own units (omo carry _fin, quota send-lock split, JEV routing, Zed carry, Claude CLI picker, Claude UX) are cross-referenced, not duplicated.

• Enumerated all 81 first-parent commits on dev since 2026-09-30 13:14 UTC: 68 recorded here + 11 unit-tracked + 2 release dev-opens (chore(release): open dev at 2.76.0 before releasing 2.75.0 lidge-jun/opencodex#6351, chore(release): open dev at 2.77.0 before releasing 2.76.0 lidge-jun/opencodex#6462).
• Per-PR head SHA, squash SHA and exact-head ci/enforce-target check-run conclusions pulled from the GitHub API; Release run ids verified against their head SHAs; release tags/asset counts (25 each) verified on the release objects.
• bun run structure:check passed; bun run privacy:scan passed. Docs-only change — no code touched.
• Full-suite exception: bun run test/bun run typecheck not run — the diff is new Markdown files under devlog/ only.
• npm dist-tags not re-queried (no registry access from this environment); noted as a boundary in 090.

Superseded by the corrected upstream carry: lidge-jun#6476 (target: dev).

The carry preserves the useful historical record as three Markdown files under devlog/_fin/261002_release_merge_record/, with corrected landing counts, release-run accounting and evidence limits. Its published head is 567d414; the upstream PR and all three file blobs were read back and verified against the reviewed candidate.

Closing this fork PR as superseded. The original devin/devlog-261002 branch and source commits e626e1a and c61a849 remain preserved. This closure does not indicate an upstream merge.
