can you put that on the same line as the main German translation, and under a shorter form, like ([tree translation](xxx))

Due to problems with my local repo I had to recreate the fork. Thus, this PR is obsolete and can be continued in #3014. |

This PR adds a link to the translation section. It refers to a new standalone package for the German translations of the ra-tree-ui-materialui package as propsed in PR #2998.
