As of spec v1.18, /_matrix/federation/v1/send_join was removed, but complement fails if it gets a 404 instead of 400:

complement/tests/federation_room_join_test.go

Lines 443 to 444 in 7b38a63

// a helper function which makes a send_* request to the given path and checks
// that it fails with a 400 error

Perhaps it'd be a better idea to test for non-200?

    Looks like TestCannotSendNonLeaveViaSendLeaveV1 has this issue too by nature of sharing the same underlying testValidationForSendMembershipEndpoint call
